feat(components): 替换评论组件中的SVG图标为PNG格式并更新相关资源文件

更新DetailsComments.vue组件中的菜单和评论图标，将SVG格式替换为PNG格式。同时调整了构建输出文件，包括更新了样式映射和客户端清单文件，确保新图标资源正确加载。这些改动优化了图标显示兼容性并保持UI一致性。
